The movie, What is e-culture?, recounts the evolving history of the term, and provides a method, in the form of a story, of how one may create a definition, using analytical tools and visualized outputs. Govcom.org maps and clouds 249 Dutch organizations working in e-culture, and finds that that e-culture is art and culture innovation, organized by platforms and recognized by funders.
